Maintenance Services, both Planned and Responsive
We have become the NI market leader in the provision of Maintenance Services, both Planned and Responsive, and we have plans to further grow this business by developing our model for export markets and new sectors. Currently we provide maintenance services to approximately half of all Housing Association stock in NI, to the schools in BELB, SELB, to emergency services, DRD Roads Service and other key public sector bodies. In so doing we understand the challenges of increasing demands for responsive quality maintenance but also of constrained and declining budgets.
Our market-leading operations are based around dedicated 24/7/365 helpdesk and field GPS systems that assure our clients of accountable and responsive service, demonstrated by our consistently high customer feedback of 99% satisfaction.
Construction & Civil Engineering
MF&S also have a busy construction business which can provide a full service utilising our in-house architectural, CAD, QS and engineering professionals. We conduct one-off builds, planned minor works and a range of larger site works for a variety of clients on new buildings, heritage and listed properties, play and sports facilties and civil engineering sites.
Environmental Services
We conduct a range of services to clients including DRD Roads Service and Councils for the maintenance of roadsides, hedges, pavements and roadways and civil and minor works. We also have one of the largest fleets of modern gully cleaning machines which perform regular maintenance of roadside drainage as well as reactive calls to flooding situations as seen all too often in recent months.
