Maurice Flynn & Sons Ltd have worked on many historic and usually listed buildings under a range of maintenance and construction contracts. We have maintained the estate of Queens University including the landmark Lanyon building and conducted significant upgrade works on the Riddel Hall (listed Grade B1) in Stranmillis which house the new School of Management and Institute of Directors. We are also conducting significant refurbishment and upgrade works at St Malachy’s College, Belfast (1833) and Bangor Community Hospital Old Main Building.
