MFS have been awarded the DRD Roads Service contract for environmental services in the Lisburn, Castleragh and North Down areas.
The scope of works includes maintaining grass and suppressing weeds alongside roads in those areas and 
cleaning roadside drainage gullys.
MFS have been delivering these services to Roads Service for a number of years in various areas of NI and are delighted to be appointed again.
MFS are delighted to have been awarded the Belfast City Hospital Building Maintenance and Minor Building Works Contract.
The contract will comprise a range of schemes including new buildings, extensions to existing buildings, conversion/ refurbishment of existing buildings, works to ensure compliance with various legislative requirements, e.g. legionella, fire safety, DDA, asbestos regulations, mechanical and electrical engineering works and enabling works in advance of major capital works schemes.
MFS are particularly delighted to return to the City Hospital site which we looked after under a previous maintenance contract prior to the amalgamation of the legacy Belfast Trusts. MFS have also been providing civil engineering services on the site for a number of years.
The contract will run for a minimum term of three years and confirms MFS’ position as the leading NI provider of public sector property maintenance services.
