City Council Appoints Flynn to Tackle Belfast Eyesores

FLYNN were delighted to be appointed recently by Belfast City Council to tackle a large number of local blights on the landscape and bring about improvements by building works or, in some cases, demolition of derelict and run-down buildings.

Specific examples that we have already delivered include the former bank premises at the prominent junction of Lisburn Road and Tate’s Avenue which has been externally facelifted and adjacent derelict sites demolished and hoarded with artwork.

We have also demolished a number of prominent derelict properties on the frontages of main routes through the city including this one on the Crumlin Road which had become an eyesore for local residents and was a focus for antisocial behaviour.
