FLYNN have been awarded the first contract under the new Apex Housing Consortium’s Framework Agreement for General Building and Major and Minor Works. Having been successfully appointed in March to the three frameworks for Electrical, Mechanical and Building works, we are delighted to be awarded this first appointment under the framework mini competition.

he works relate to existing satisfactory properties in north Belfast owned by Trinity Housing Association, a member of the Apex group along with Filor, Flax, Grove, Newington, Rural, St Matthews and Apex Housing Associations together managing some 4,000 units.
