FLYNN are delighted to announce another significant contract in the local Housing Association sector with our appointment to Helm Housing to deliver their 2013-14 programme of planned maintenance and improvements

The Scheme comprises the planned cyclical maintenance to approximately 1,100Nr Helm social housing properties throughout N Ireland, delivered by FLYNN from our Belfast HQ, Derry branch and regional depots. The works comprise general maintenance, redecoration, external site works and one roof replacement. Works also include window and door replacements; kitchen replacements; bathroom replacements; communal floor replacements; gas boiler installations; electrical installation inspections and repairs. Works also include labelling asbestos containing materials. The win consolidates FLYNN’s position as the leading provider of maintenance to the social housing sector in NI, adding to our existing extensive range of contracts with most of the associations.
