FLYNN have been awarded the contract to restore historic Rathvarna House in Lisburn to its former Victorian glory. The Grade 2 listed building had been ‘shuttered’ around 7 years ago and is in poor condition internally requiring new floors, ceilings, ornate plaster repairs and general updating in terms of electrical and plumbing services.

We are delighted to be working on yet another listed building and have plans to involve the local primary school children as the project progresses.
