NIEA approved renovation and restoration works to Rathvarna House (c£0.5m)

RATHVARNA HOUSE was a Finalist for Restoration Project in both the 2015 CEF Awards and Irish Construction Industry Awards 2016 Flynn were awarded the contract to carry out NIEA approved renovation and restoration works to this 1904 B1-Listed Building to bring it back to life after many years of dereliction. The building had been vacant for many years and was in a bad state of repair requiring comprehensive but sympathetic renovation.
