Maurice Flynn & Sons Ltd are delighted to have been admitted as an Associate Member of NIFHA, the NI Federation of Housing Associations. This reflects our longstanding commitment to the sector and our existing relationships with most of its members through Term Maintenance Contracts for Accord and G5 as well as annual and repeat contracts for minor works.

MF&S currently provide response and planned maintenance to c15,000 social housing units across NI and are pleased to have assisted many Associations in achieving and often surpassing their significant key performance indicators in respect of tenant satisfaction. We continue to invest in our growth in the sector with class-leading bespoke IT solutions for the management of these contracts and of our mobile workforce and 150 vehicles supporting the delivery of 24/7/365 repair services.

This places us to the forefront of the sector and ensures that we continue to address and anticipate the demands of the Housing Association sector with robust, quality and accountable solutions.
