FLYNN are delighted to have been awarded the Belfast City Hospital Building Maintenance and Minor Building Works Contract. The contract will comprise a range of schemes including new buildings, extensions to existing buildings, conversion/ refurbishment of existing buildings, works to ensure compliance with various legislative requirements, e.g. legionella, fire safety, DDA, asbestos regulations, mechanical and electrical engineering works and enabling works in advance of major capital works schemes.

FLYNN are particularly delighted to return to the City Hospital site which we looked after under a previous maintenance contract prior to the amalgamation of the legacy Belfast Trusts.

FLYNN have also been providing civil engineering services on the site for a number of years. The contract will run for a minimum term of three years and confirms FLYNN’s position as the leading NI provider of public sector property maintenance services.
