The framework provides a wide range of reactive works and services covering responsive and out-of-hours reactive emergency repairs, void property repairs, and outsourced call handling on a 24/7 or out-of-hours basis. Empty property refurbishment, improvement, and security services are also included in the framework, in addition to the delivery of housing disrepair and remedial works.

Refurbishment, Construction, New Build and Modular Buildings Framework

Live until May 2027

This framework offers a range of construction works helping members to deliver asset life cycle projects through the stages of design, build, operate and maintain. From internal and external refurbishment and improvement works through to the building of additional structures, it will support public sector bodies to deliver regeneration programmes, modernisation and upgrade works plus expansion of estates.

Building Improvement Works Framework

Live until January 2028

The framework offers a wide range of internal and external improvement works from the installation of kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors to roofing work. It has been enhanced to include four new dedicated lots covering damp and mould, external environmental improvements (such as fencing, driveways, walls, hard and soft landscaping), insulation, and aids and adaptations.
