Construction of a 2-storey extension to a security-critical facility, comprising a reinforced concrete roof, reinforced concrete external walls, and an outer cavity of rendered blockwork. Installations included new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical works, CCTV and complex security systems, and an extensive refurbishment of the existing 1,200sqm high-quality office space.
