Maurice Flynn & Sons Ltd (FLYNN) were appointed Principal Contractor on a D&B basis following a competitive tendering exercise to deliver and complete the remediation works.

This high-profile building complex is located off the busy Queens Road in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter. Called home by more than 500 residents, ARC apartments consist of 6 apartment blocks sub-divided into two cores, each core service by its own stair core, passenger lift, and pedestrian access/exit to and from external streetscapes. Additional pedestrian and vehicle access/egress points are located at basement levels.
