Our extensive experience on public sector contracts has led us to develop an expertise in dealing with damaged or non-compliant facades, or those that require replacement due to the historic use of materials now deemed unsafe by improved building regulations.
We worked with the Estates Team to determine the correct specification for recladding materials, prioritizing adherence to fire regulations, the delivery of functionality, and alignment with the aesthetics of the Cancer Centre.
FLYNN’s quality control and testing processes were embedded throughout the project phases. Rigorous inspection and testing was carried out throughout the removal process and the installation of the new Swisspearl rainscreen cladding.
